We've been living on take out, restaurant food and crock pot meals during the renovation of Deb's house!<br /><br />Take a whole chicken, large box of chicken stock, onions, carrots and potatoes, seasonings and Voilla, instant dinner 8 hours later from the crock pot! <br /><br />We did a great roast the same way using beef broth, vegetables and adding some bay leaf, garlic, leftover wine, etc. It was soooooo yummy!
